Eric Graham was born in Greensboro, North Carolina.  His family moved to Chicago and joined Marquette Manor Baptist Church.  As a 1st grader, he trusted Christ as Savior at home.  He grew up learning to live for Christ in a public school setting, and then transferred to Marquette Manor Baptist Academy for high school.  God used weekly ministry, mission trips, and youth group leadership to burn in his heart a desire for ministry.  He submitted to God’s call and trained at Bob Jones University.  The role of hall leader and weekly evangelism in a county jail were highlights of his college experience.  He completed a B.A. in Bible (summa cum laude.)

Eric met his wife in a Bible class being impressed by the genuineness of her spiritual walk.  He worked on a truck dock and earned an M.A. (Bible) during their first two years of marriage.  God began to stir their hearts towards foreign missions.  They joined the staff of Falls Baptist Church and Academy and enjoyed three invaluable years of ministry training.  The Graham family arrived in South Africa in January 2000 with two young daughters, and a third daughter and son were born in South Africa.  Their ministry included planting a church in Johannesburg, training South Africans for ministry, teaching Bible classes, and mentoring a church-plant in Cape Town.  Through correspondence he earned an M.Div., and has nearly completed a D.Min.

Ministry trip destinations included Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Madagascar.  He enjoys watching his son play soccer and listening to his daughters’ orchestras.  He loves hiking and whale-watching in South Africa.  His favorite activity is driving on safari with his family looking for leopards.  Eric’s passion is to see Christ-likeness formed in the lives of those to whom he is privileged to minister the Word, both in Africa and the USA.
